Final Presentation Guidelines
- Each finalist or team gets 15 minutes to present their venture plan, followed by a 15-minute question-and-answer session between the presenting team and the judges. TIME LIMITS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
- A maximum of two members from each team can participate in the formal presentation of the plan. If necessary, additional team members who are present can be called upon during the question-and-answer portion of the presentation to respond to a judge's question.
- In the event that an international team cannot secure visas in time to compete live, every effort will be made to provide a venue in the team's country for presentation via video conferencing.
- Equipment needs: The presentation room will be set up with a LCD projector and presentations will be loaded via flash drive on the event laptop prior to the start of the first presentation. Special equipment needs should be discussed well ahead of the final event and care should be taken to format your presentation for a PC Power Point display.
